About this set

The classical Ayurvedic daily routine (dinacharya) includes nasya, oil for the nose, and anjan for the eyes. This set brings both together in their traditional forms: Anu Taila from Sri Sri Tattva and Tri-Phalanjan from Khojati (est. 1847), for a calm few minutes before sleep.

In the set

• Anu Taila Nasal Drops 10ml (Sri Sri Tattva): a classical Ayurvedic nasya oil for the nose
• Tri-Phalanjan Herbal Triphala Anjan (Khojati, est. 1847): a traditional triphala-based anjan for the eyes

How to use

Eye drops: wash your hands, instil 1 to 2 drops into each eye as directed on the pack, and do not let the tip touch the eye.

Anu Taila: lie back, put 2 drops into each nostril and breathe in gently. Never put it in the eyes.
