About Trikatu

Trikatu means three pungents. It is one of the best-known Ayurvedic formulas: black pepper, long pepper (pippali) and dry ginger in equal parts, traditionally taken with meals to support digestion. LION’s churna is pure Ayurveda and quality assured.

How to use

Mix a small pinch into warm water, or with honey, or sprinkle over food. Follow the directions on the pack.
