Scraping the tongue first thing in the morning, called jihwa prakshalana, is part of the classical Ayurvedic daily routine, and copper has long been a favourite material for it. This U-shaped scraper is made in India from 100% pure copper, with a gentle flex that fits the tongue. No plastic, and it lasts for years.

How to use

Hold both ends, place the curve gently on the back of the tongue and draw it forward. Repeat a few times, rinsing in between. Wash and let it dry after use.

Please note

Use gentle pressure; do not scrape hard enough to cause pain or bleeding. Do not share. Copper darkens with use; clean with salt and lemon or a copper cleaner.
