About Trikatu Churna

Trikatu means three pungent spices. This classic Ayurvedic blend combines black pepper, long pepper (pippali) and dry ginger in equal measure, and is traditionally taken around meals in India. Ritesh grinds the three spices into a fine churna (powder).

Ingredients

• Black pepper (Piper nigrum)
• Long pepper / pippali (Piper longum)
• Dry ginger (Zingiber officinale)

How to use

Mix a small pinch into warm water or honey, or sprinkle over food, following the package directions. It is very hot, so start with a small amount.
