About Anu Taila

Anu Taila is a classical Ayurvedic oil used for nasya, the Ayurvedic practice of applying a few drops of oil inside the nose. Sri Sri Tattva makes this version with a blend of more than a dozen traditional herbs. Ingredients

Jivanti, jala (sugandhabala), devadaru, jalada, twak (cinnamon), ushira, sariva, shweta chandana (white sandalwood), daruharidra, yashtimadhu (licorice), bhadramusta, agaru, shatavari, shweta kamala, neela kamala, bilva and others. Please check the package for the full list.

How to use

Sri Sri Tattva recommends 2 to 3 drops in each nostril. Shake the bottle gently, tilt your head back slightly and put the drops into the nostril. Keep your head tilted for a moment afterwards. If your doctor or Ayurvedic practitioner has given you different directions, follow those.
