Chyawanprash is the best-known Ayurvedic tonic: a dark herbal jam built on amla and cooked with dozens of herbs, ghee and honey. Rajwadi Prash Gold is Unjha’s premium chyawanprash. Its special ingredient is swarna bhasma, gold processed into an ash by classical Ayurvedic methods, which is one of the most prized ingredients in traditional Ayurveda. It is sold in India as an Ayurvedic proprietary medicine.

How to use

One to two teaspoons a day, on its own or with warm milk, or as directed by your Ayurvedic practitioner.
